Nutrition Consulting

We understand that feeling off, receiving a diagnosis, or being presented with medications can be scary. But, many ailments can be improved through changes in diet. We listen to your story and map out a plan of how to improve your symptoms, provide a meal plan, and educate you on supplements.

 
 

Sports Nutrition

Every athlete should have a personal fueling and hydration strategy backed by science. Training days, pre-race days, race days, and post-race hours have different nutrition requirements that will be explored. Supplements that will help to break through the proverbial wall will be recommended. Meal plans will also be provided to ensure proper carbohydrate recovery and protein consumption.

 

 
 

Lab Tests

Lab tests provide us with vital information for developing a proper program. We may recommend a lipid panel test to determine blood pressure and cholesterol, or we may recommend a glucose test to determine if insulin resistance may be a concern. For some patients monthly follow-up labs may be required.

 
 

Lifestyle Changes

Sleep, exercise, stress, a social life, and many more elements can contribute to health. We will explore how your current lifestyle may be contributing to symptoms and ailments. We will recommend changes that fit into your goals and will help to alleviate ailments.
